Sarah has over twenty years' experience in recruitment and is passionate about finding the right people, the right role, with the right organisation. And organisations the right people to bolster their existing teams.
She established her first agency, Sarah West Recruitment over a decade ago, growing and shaping the agency to become one that today, has an outstanding reputation for the quality of service it delivers to some of the South West's leading organisations and candidates alike. As the agency's evolved, Sarah's focused on senior management and executive level roles and established Chase Executive, to reflect the slightly different approach and services that are needed.
Working in the South West for as long as she has, Sarah's built up an extensive network. More than being able to boast about having a large virtual network of contacts, she invests time getting to know people, properly over the long term, to develop trusted relationships. Sarah's someone people turn to, time and time again, when they're looking for career or hiring advice and support.
Sarah's twenty year's experience, means she's helped countless clients build high performing teams across a range of industries. Plus many standout people looking for work. Her professionalism and experience leads many of them to turn to Sarah again, when they're looking to build their own teams.
Not only does Sarah know her stuff when it comes to hiring or attracting talent, she understands the environment in which she, and the organisations she works with, operate. Leading industry experts draw on her expertise to share with their audiences - most recently UK Recruiter and the Social Recruiting Show.
With a smile!
Sarah's known for her positive outlook and tackles everything with a smile. Everything she does, she does with a good heart and values integrity and trust above all else.
Outside of work
In her spare time Sarah loves taking on some crazy sporting challenges, raising money for charity in the process. Last year she took on and completed her toughest yet - cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats. This to add to climbing Kilimanjaro, running the London Marathon, jumping out of a plane, cycling from London to Paris, swimming round the Scilly Islands, completing the Dart’s 10k swim and completing a number of triathlons – to name but a few of her achievements. This year, deciding to have a year off from big sporting challenges (promising not to tackle anything too challenging), you'll still find her out on her bike, putting in the miles around the South West - just this time at a (slightly) more leisurely pace!
